Executive Director, Seabury Aircraft Capital

Marty joined Seabury as Executive Director of Seabury Aircraft Capital (“SAC”) following Seabury’s acquisition of Structured Finance International (“SFI”), where Marty was a co-Founding Principal. SFI was an investment banking firm that specialized in developing and arranging structured financing solutions and providing an array of consulting and M&A services for SFI’s airline, aerospace manufacturer, and investor clients across the globe. At Seabury, Marty and the SAC team are focused on developing and arranging innovative tax and non-tax driven aircraft financing structures for aviation clients. Marty has more than three decades of experience in asset finance, capital structuring, M&A, and airline operations. Marty received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a Certified Public Accountant.
