Seabury Names Glenn Woythaler Executive Director of Human Capital Consulting Group Action Further Reinforces Seabury’s Increased Focus on Providing Comprehensive Consulting Solutions to its Global Client Base
NEW YORK – June 5, 2014 – Continuing its strategic efforts to provide the firm’s clients with comprehensive consulting solutions, Seabury Capital LLC (Seabury) announced today it had named Glenn Woythaler Executive Director of its Human Capital group. Mr. Woythaler will lead his team to help Seabury clients improve their business performance through practical, sustainable solutions aimed at managing, rewarding, and engaging talent and enhancing effectiveness.

Mr. Woythaler began his airline career in Finance and Marketing at American Airlines, before he joined Northwest Airlines, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, which culminated in officer-level roles in System Operations Control, and International and Ground Operations. Following Northwest, Mr. Woythaler became Chief Operating Officer at Omni Air International. Mr. Woythaler also engaged in his own consulting business.
Mr. Woythaler joined Seabury’s Human Capital group in 2013. Mr. Woythaler has more than 20 years of airline experience and has led many initiatives aimed to expand revenues while lowering the cost of sales, improve operating performance while lowering operating costs, and to execute other efficiency and productivity enhancements.

Mr. Woythaler graduated from St. Lawrence University and received his MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
